By accessing or using AI Market Analysts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated from Cyprus. These terms apply to all users, including free, premium, and pro tiers.
2. What You're Purchasing
Access to the Service is metered in credits. One credit funds one standard AI market analysis. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you may additionally buy one-time top-up credit packs.
Monthly credit allowance:
• Free: 1 credit / month — for evaluation
• Premium: 15 credits / month
• Pro: 25 credits / month, plus access to the premium analysis model (which consumes more credits per analysis)
Subscription credits are granted at the start of each 30-day billing period; unused credits CARRY OVER and do not expire, and one-time top-up credits never expire either. Current pricing is shown on the Subscription Plans page. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment provider.
3. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable once any credits from the billing period have been used. One-time top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once any of the purchased credits have been used. If a technical issue prevents access, contact us within 7 days of the billing or purchase date for review. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, any refund we grant (at our discretion) is returned in the original cryptocurrency and may differ in fiat value due to market movement. We grant or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
• Use the Service to automate trading in violation of exchange terms
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models
• Use the Service for market manipulation or illegal activities
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. No Execution, No Custody, No Fund Management
The Service is analytical software only. We do NOT execute or place trades, hold, custody, or transmit your funds or crypto assets, connect to or access your exchange or brokerage accounts, or manage money on your behalf. Any action you take on the information provided is entirely on your own account and at your own risk.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or terminate the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages or AI inaccuracies.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. For unresolved disputes, the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
